Non-metallic schedule 40/80 conduit, Type: LB. Use for a change of direction of the conduit run. With the back hub usually exiting thru a wall. Rectangular shaped conduit body. One entrance hub is in one end wall of fitting-the other hub is at opposite end in the back.
